Level 1 Hybrids
Nissan Leaf first attempt was adequate at best, but now they have turned over a New Leaf (no pun intended) with a really cooler looking model and a bigger battery. Now it looks and feels more appealing and relevant in market places. Because this is only going to be more competitive in the next 3-5 years.
Level 2 Hybrids
Now VW and Audi step in with some very well designed models in the early stages of production. Audi will have a larger selection and range in pricing. Jaguar has the production I-Pace which was built from the ground up to be a e-platform to be taken real seriously in the next price point.
Top of the Line Hybrids
Closing it out with Porsche and Audi, well they are the big boys with bigger toys. They each have a model coming out at the next level, which should be lesser than the top of the line Tesla.
The e-platform hierarchy is rounded out with the manufacturers mentioned above. Their are more players at the high price points, but the general public overall won’t be a player for those exotic models.
